- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing time
Once the device has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and the return process described below applies.Returns After DeliveryIf you are not satisfied with your Smarter Heat device, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:- The device must be returned in its original condition and packaging
- The device must not be damaged, altered, or improperly installed
Smarter Heat reserves the right to inspect returned devices before issuing a refund.Refund AmountsRefunds may include:- The purchase price paid for the device
Refunds do not include:- Delivery or shipping charges
- Duties, customs fees, or other third-party charges
Refunds are issued after the returned device has been received and approved.Defective or Damaged ProductsIf your device arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.In such cases, Smarter Heat may, at its discretion:- Replace the device at no additional cost
- Repair the device
- Issue a refund
This does not limit your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.Non-Returnable SituationsReturns or refunds may not be accepted for:- Damage caused by improper installation or misuse
- Normal wear and tear
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
