(“Smarter Heat,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) warrants that the Smarter Heat device (the “Product”) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use in accordance with the provided documentation.This Warranty applies only to Products purchased directly from Smarter Heat.Warranty PeriodThe warranty period is twelve (12) months and begins on the date of delivery of the Product to the original purchaser.Proof of purchase may be required to make a warranty claim.What This Warranty CoversThis Warranty covers defects that arise during normal, intended use of the Product and are attributable to manufacturing or material faults.At its discretion, Smarter Heat will:- Repair the Product, or
- Replace the Product with a new or refurbished unit, or
- Refund the purchase price paid for the Product
What This Warranty Does Not CoverThis Warranty does not cover:- Damage caused by improper installation, maintenance, or use
- Installation not performed in accordance with the provided instructions or applicable regulations
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage resulting from water exposure beyond specified tolerances
- Electrical issues, power surges, or external environmental factors
- Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or alterations
- Use with incompatible systems or third-party components
- Loss of data, software configuration, or network connectivity
Warranty Claim ProcessTo make a warranty claim, contact Smarter Heat at support@smarter-heat.com and provide proof of purchase, a description of the issue, photos, videos, or diagnostic information if requested.You may be required to return the Product for inspection. Smarter Heat will provide further instructions if a return is necessary.Shipping Costs for Warranty ServiceIf a defect covered by this warranty is confirmed, Smarter Heat will cover the cost of shipping a replacement Product or repaired unit to you.If the issue is determined not to be covered, you may be responsible for shipping and handling costs.Limitation of RemediesThe remedies described in this Warranty are your exclusive remedies. Replacement, repair, or refund constitutes satisfaction of Smarter Heat’s obligations under this Warranty.Limitation of LiabilityTo the fullest extent permitted by law, Smarter Heat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Product.Consumer RightsThis Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have additional rights under applicable consumer protection laws, which are not affected by this Warranty.Policy UpdatesWe may update this Warranty from time to time.
