The Website may offer information about our products, allow users to place pre-orders/orders, and enable payments in advance of product delivery.

Pre-Orders
3.1 Nature of Pre-Orders
When you place a pre-order, you are reserving a Smarter Heat device for future delivery. Pre-orders may be offered at a discounted price compared to the anticipated future retail price.
Pre-orders do not guarantee immediate availability or delivery by a specific date unless expressly stated.

3.2 Payment Structure
Pre-orders may require:
An upfront payment at the time of order, and
A remaining balance to be paid before or upon shipment or delivery.
You authorize Smarter Heat to communicate with you regarding payment of any remaining balance before delivery. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of your order.

Pricing and Taxes
All prices displayed on the Website are shown in the applicable currency and include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
Delivery and shipping costs are not included in the displayed price and will be calculated and communicated separately before shipment or at checkout, as applicable.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing and delivery information. Additional charges may apply in cases of international shipping, including customs duties or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer where applicable.

Returns and Refunds

Warranty
Smarter Heat devices may be covered by a limited warranty, as described in our Warranty Policy. Warranty coverage begins upon delivery of the device, not at the time of pre-order or payment.
